The Scope
SWGS Business Development Manager Matthew Hehn reached out to Parade Agency on how and where to activate its brand within key festivals in the Vancouver marketplace that spoke to a female-focused, young, and professional demographic. The goal was to educate and create brand awareness for Solei: a sun-grown cannabis brand.
The Result
Parade Agency created the “Solei Yellow Carpet Experience” at the 11th annual Deighton Cup. The Solei activation took over the entrance way and was the first interaction the 8000 guests experienced as they entered the festival. A secondary pop up education lounge was also activated nearby. The lounge featured brand ambassadors that were present to interact with and answer questions from guests, who were also given the opportunity to sign up to be contacted with more information surrounding their cannabis offerings.
